Often, the Paleo diet is compared to that of more recent hunter-gatherer tribes, who ate grain-free diets. And Gluten Free is the gluten itself is a protein found in wheat-wheat types-an, the types of foods that are rich in fiber and protein. What that means is that they don’t contain the protein called gluten, which is found in grains like wheat, barley, rye. Often, instead of wheat, these gluten-free products contain other grains.
