Lipozene vs Zantrex 3

The Functions and The Claims
While they are both classified as weight-loss supplements, they do the job in different ways. Lipozene claims that it has been clinically proven to help in reducing weight and body fat, as well as beeing safe and effective. It does not state precisely how much weight that it can reduce, but it does state that 78% of the lost weight is pure body fat. We will discuss a little bit further about this in the next paragraph. Meanwhile, Zantrex 3 is a dietary supplement that claims to be able to deliver rapid weight loss along with enhanced energy levels. Zantrex 3 does not provide any scientific evidence about the product’s effectiveness, though there are indeed some researches that support the product’s ingredients.

Lipozene...

The Ingredients
Lipozene is very fun to discuss because it features only one primary active ingredient that delivers the effects in a straightforward way. It uses the Amorphophallus konjac (Konjac Root) extract, which contains a huge amount of Glucomannan, a type of natural fiber. Glucomannan is soluble in water but does not dissolve. Instead, when it absorbs water, it creates a gel. The gel is beneficial that it is able to absorb fat and cholesterol molecules in the digestive tract. Thus, it will prevent your body from absorbing more fats. Additionally, the gel prolongs the gastric emptying time, so that you will not get hungry any soon. Well, as you can see, it prevents your body from getting more fats, but does not directly break down the already-accumulated fats, so you need to have some exercises in order to lose some fats.

Zantrex 3.

On the other hand, Zantrex 3 features quite a list of ingredients. It lists Niacin, Trimethylxanthine, Yerba Mate, Guarana Seed Extract, Damiana, Panax Ginseng, Kola Seed Extract, Maca Root Extract, Cacao Seed Extract, Black Tea Leaf Extract, Green Tea Leaf Extract, Schizonepeta Flower Extract, Black Pepper Fruit Extract, and Rhodiola Crenulata Extract. However, most of the ingredients indeed contain caffeine, a chemical substance that is indeed able to promote weight-loss by increasing the metabolism rate as well as inhibiting fat absorption. However, caffeine may have some side effects, including insomnia, anxiety, and headaches.

Bottom Lines
In choosing between these products, Zantrex 3 is indeed generally more potent than Lipozene. However, you need to take into account the possible side effects of caffeine. If you have been used with the substance, and you are sure you won’t exceed your caffeine intake limit, then Zantrex 3 can be a good choice. Otherwise, Lipozene has fewer side effects, so it can be a very good alternative.
