Free Weight Loss Plans That Really Work?
Is there really such a thing as a “free lunch?” I don’t know. Some people say, “yes” and others say, “no.” As for me, I don’t know. All I know is that if there is a “free lunch,” I’d eat too much of it. This would then lead me to look for free weight loss plans. The vicious cycle continues, I’m afraid.
As with 99% of things in life, most products and services are not free. If you do manage to find the 1%, that often is part of the other saying, “the best things in life are free.” If you are looking for free weight loss plans, there are a couple of things you must accept. One is that there are more weight loss programs than you and I can ever try out in our life times. And if it is free, you’ve got to take the info for what’s its worth. You may get some infor for free, but when it comes to specifics — you know, how to really work the weight loss diet plan — there is usually a price associated with the actual product and/or service.
Many companies earned a lot of our money selling promises in the lose weight business. Whether the weight loss program works or not is another story. It’s certainly not guaranteed. There are way too many factors like your attitudes and behaviors, your self-control, and even your genes. If you’re looking for a truly free weight loss plan, there is a way that won’t cost you mula, but it will involve investing your time. So it’s either money or time but investing your time may be the best free weight loss progam you can find. Here is our plan.
Make your own list of the most popular theories from the different weight loss programs out there. Look at the low-fat, low-carb, low-calorie, high-fiber and any other type of diet plan that is popular. Go to the web sites which offer these plans for free. Keep in mind what “free” is really worth most of the time. Ask yourself, “Does the theory make sense? Does the particular program seem better fitted for one type of weight problem versus another? What does the program base its success on?” Be on the lookout for sites with tons of testimonials that have asterisks next to them that say, “results not typical, results may vary” or something similiar to that.
You’ll see that the bottom line boils down to calories ingested and burned, regardless of the dieting theory. How they accomplish the bottom line is left up for debate. For example, if you go strictly with the high-fiber theory and regimen, you will burn calores digetsing all that fiber intake. But your body will also be denied certain essential nutrients as part of that process. The low-carb approach allows lots of protein and dairy products in your diet. But this plan leaves out valuable nutrients such as the antioxidants contained in produce. With any strict low this-or-that weight loss plan, nutritional supplements are a must. Once you lose the weight and return to a normal balanced diet, you will soon lose the benefits and gain back the pounds that you lost on that diet plan.
Your best “free” weight loss plan is one that is devised for YOU. Cut portions, count calories, and include foods from all the food group according to the nutrion pyramid. Add a daily supplment to your plan. Get some exercise regularly.
… Does all this sound familiar? Of course it does. It’s the type of advice that your mom would actually give you. Maybe that free mom advice is part of the 1% of free weight loss info that works.
