Body Hydration – The Three Attributes of Water

Hydration which has always been a substantial part of any legit health program. Going from nearly zero water, like many patients, to 2 litres a day can certainly address many health problems all by itself. I have always considered hydration was a best element in numerous of the success stories, from the time I read Dr. Batmanghelidj’s 1995 book “The Body’s Many Cries for Water.” I had to include hydration in my personal detox program, but just in a normal way: drink 2 litres a day. That’s all. Many reviews that appear on the responses and recommendations page on my web site bear testimony to the benefit of hydration just after a life-time of drought.

The the three features of water are molecular size, pH, and oxidation.

First, molecular size. Water that comes out of the faucets in almost all houses is really harsh, to say the least. One reason is its form: huge molecules, possibly nearer to H200/O100 than it is to H2O. Molecules this large have problems being absorbed at the cellular level, even in the rare event the individual drinks sufficient water.

Second is pH. Water we take in needs to be as near to regular blood pH as possible: 7.3 ­ 7.45. Each of the refined carbohydrates, goodies and sodas we consume are constantly acidifying our body’s system: this means lowering the pH. Acidification stimulates essentially every disease process acknowledged to man, primarily by inhibiting metabolic enzymes. The systems of the body are dragged down and turn out to be more and more sluggish. Thus consuming high pH water can tip the scales in the opposite end: alkaline. Life functions soar.

Thirdly, the best water can act as a mild antioxidant, like Vitamin C or Vitamin E by neutralizing free radicals.
